Susanna Spencer

Contributor

Susanna has the privilege of being the wife of a young PhD and professor of philosophy, Mark Spencer, and the mother of three young daughters. She was raised Catholic in St. Louis, Missouri and attended the Franciscan University of Steubenville. It was there that she discovered a passion for theology and philosophy, and met Mark. Susanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Philosophy, as well as a Master of Arts in Theology and Christian Ministry from FUS. After her wedding she and her family lived for four years in Buffalo, New York while her husband earned his PhD. The Spencer family now reside in St. Paul, Minnesota where Susanna spends her time taking care of the minute to minute needs of her children, reading classic literature, cooking delicious meals and desserts, assisting at beautiful liturgies, and discussing philosophical and theological ideas with her husband (and more and more frequently with an almost four year old). She also writes on her personal blog, Living with Lady Philosophy.
